The appellants challenged a State Council decision declaring inadmissible their objection against a municipal authorization for a Natel radio base station. preso atto che in data 22 settembre 1999 il patrocinatore dei ricorrenti ha comunicato di ritirare il ricorso;
considerato pertanto che il procedimento è così esaurito;
decreta:
Il ricorso è stralciato dai ruoli.
