The Ticino Administrative Court dealt with an appeal against a State Council decision annulling an award for plumbing works connected with the replacement of a drinking-water pipeline in a lakeside area. After the appellant’s counsel informed the court that the appeal was withdrawn, the court held that the proceedings were exhausted. The appeal was therefore struck from the docket, and no fees or costs were imposed.
