Three appellants challenged a 26 February 1997 resolution of the Ticino Council of State concerning approval of amendments to a zoning plan. Before the Tribunal della pianificazione del territorio could decide the merits, the appellants filed a letter on 16 March 2000 withdrawing the appeal.
