ZPO 29 Abs. 1, Person des Vertreters. Vertreter kann nur eine natürliche Per- son sein. (Aus den Erwägungen:) Der Kläger hat Claudio G. eine Vollmacht erteilt; dieser hat seinerseits für das erstinstanzliche Verfahren einen Anwalt mandatiert. Das Mietgericht führt den Vertreter mit der Bezeichnung "Claudio G., G. + H. AG" auf. Klarzustellen ist vorweg, dass nach § 29 Abs. 1 ZPO nur eine natürliche Person (das heisst: ein Mensch) Vertreter im Prozess sein kann. Claudio G. kann also nicht als Organ der G. + H. AG im Prozess tätig sein, sondern nur als Einzel- person. Nichts hindert, ihm die Post ins Geschäft zuzustellen. Das ist durch einen geeigneten Zusatz zu vermerken ("Claudio G., c/o G. + H. AG").
