The Local Court of Aachen partly granted the plaintiff’s civil claim against the defendants. Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 462,50 Euro nebst 5 Prozentpunkte Zinsen seit dem 10.05.2004 zu zahlen und die Klägerin hinsichtlich der Sachverständigenkosten in Höhe eines Betrages von 98,02 Euro gegenüber dem Anspruch des Sachverständigen T, O-K-Straße 3b in ####1 K (Rechnung vom 15.04.2004) freizustellen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Klägerin 50% und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner 50% zu tragen.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
