Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 249,09 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 18.07.2015 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
