Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 60,25 EURO nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 27.02.2009 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
