Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.041,13 Euro sowie 155,30 Euro Kosten vorgerichtlicher Rechtsverfolgung jeweils nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweils gültigen Basiszinssatz seit dem 07.02.2013 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.

Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aus dem Urteil vollstreckbaren Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
