Tenor
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 83,72 € nebst 5 Prozentpunkten Zinsen über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 17.10.2015 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 60 % und die Beklagte zu 40 %.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Den Parteien wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung der jeweils anderen Partei durch Sicherheitsleistung i.H.v. 110 % des nach dem Urteil für die jeweils andere Partei vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die vollstreckende Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit i.H.v. 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
Die Berufung wird zugelassen.
