Tenor
Der Versäumnisbeschluss vom 1.4.2014 wird mit der Maßgabe aufrechterhalten, dass der Antragsgegner für das Kind K, geboren am 00.00.0000 ,an die Kindesmutter statt des Mindestunterhaltes ein Betrag von 258 EUR zu zahlen hat.
Im übrigen wird unter Aufhebung des Versäumnisbeschlusses der Antrag zurückgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens tragen die Antragstellerin zu 30 % und der Antragsgegner zu 70 % mit Ausnahme der Kosten der Säumnis, die der Antragsgegner alleine zu tragen hat.
