Dem Beklagten wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger zuvor Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
Die Berufung wird zugelassen.
