Die Widerbeklagte wird verurteilt, an die Widerklägerin 4.671,19 € nebst 5% Zinsen über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.04.2006 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Widerklage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Widerbeklagten auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
