Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 4.311,72 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 25.04.2007 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstre-ckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar.
