Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 244,93 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5%-Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 09.02.2012 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
