Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, gegenüber dem Kläger Auskunft zu erteilen bezüglich des Telefonanschlusses mit der zugeordneten Rufnummer (XXXX) XXXXXXXX zum Zeitpunkt 26.06.2013 gegen 11:57:00 Uhr
und zwar bezüglich der Person(en)
-des Inhabers des vorbezeichneten Anschlusses und
-soweit abweichend des Rechnungsempfängers für den vorbezeichneten
Anschlusses
und
-soweit abweichend des örtlichen Vertreters des Inhabers des vorbe-
zeichneten Anschlusses am Installationsort
hilfsweise hierzu
der Person, welcher der vorbezeichnete Anschluss bzw. die vorbezeichnete Rufnummer (beispielsweise zur eigenen Nutzung oder als Portierungsnehmer) überlassen wurde.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt die Beklagte.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
