Die Berufung der Beklagten gegen das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Bautzen vom 20. Oktober 2010 - 1 Ca 1065/10 - wird zurückgewiesen.
Die Kosten der Berufung und der Revision hat die Beklagte zu tragen.
