NOTICE OF ERRATUM
BANKS, Member: On April 27, 2018, the Public Employment Relations Board (Board)
issued Lake Elsinore Unified School District (2018) PERB Decision No. 2561, in which it
rejected as untimely exceptions to a proposed decision and a supporting brief filed by Charging
Party Lori E. Edwards (Edwards). Due to a clerical error, the Board was unaware at the time it
issued its decision that Edwards had timely e-filed her exceptions and supporting brief on June 5,
2017. Accordingly, the Board vacates PERB Decision No. 2561 and will consider the merits of
Edwards’ exceptions and supporting brief.
ORDER
The Public Employment Relations Board hereby VACATES its decision in Lake Elsinore
Unified School District (2018) PERB Decision No. 2561.
