2
PER CURIAM:
Mithun Banerjee appeals from the district court’s orders denying his application to
proceed in forma pauperis and awarding costs to the Appellee pursuant to 28 U.S.C.
§ 1447(c) for improperly removing the underlying civil action. We have reviewed the
record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the
district court. Banerjee v. Vivint Solar Dev., LLC, No. 8:20-cv-00674-GJH (D. Md., Sept.
28, 2021). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are
adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the
decisional process.
AFFIRMED
