PER CURIAM:
William S. Gay appeals the district court’s orders denying his “Motion to Strike
Discovery Response and Grant Default Judgment” and awarding summary judgment to the
defendants on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint. We have reviewed the record and discern
no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Gay v. Walrath,
No. 1:20-cv-01089-RDA-TCB (E.D. Va., Feb. 9, 2022; Feb. 17, 2022). We dispense with
oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
