PER CURIAM:
Richard Kowalewitch and Donald James Edwards appeal the district court’s order
dismissing their civil action and denying their motion to disqualify opposing counsel.
We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the
district court’s order. Kowalewitch v. City of Virginia Beach, No. 2:23-cv-00369-RAJ-
RJK (E.D. Va. Mar. 21, 2024). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal
contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would
not aid the decisional process.
