3
PER CURIAM:
Charlie Edward Riddle appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C.
§ 1983 complaint for failure to comply with the court’s order and dismissing his second
complaint as duplicative of the first. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible
error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s order. Riddle v. McDowell Cnty. Sheriff
Dep’t, Nos. 1:24-cv-00265-MR; 1:24-cv-00285-MR (W.D.N.C. Nov. 26, 2024). We
dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately
presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional
process.
AFFIRMED
