PER CURIAM:
Zannie Lotharp filed this petition for writ of mandamus asserting the district court
unduly delayed acting on his motion for relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. The district court
denied his § 2255 motion on April 7, 2026. See United States v. Lotharp, No. 1:19-cr-
00448 (M.D.N.C. Apr. 7, 2026). Accordingly, we deny the mandamus petition as moot.
See Incumaa v. Ozmint, 507 F.3d 281, 286-87 (4th Cir. 2007). We dispense with oral
argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials
before this court and argument would not significantly aid the decisional process.
PETITION DENIED
