PER CURIAM:
Samuel Xux-Mucu seeks to appeal the district court’s imposition of a one-year term of
supervised release following his conviction for possession of fraudulent immigration
documents, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1546(a). The district court imposed a sentence of time
served and Xux-Mucu was then removed from the United States. During the pendency of this
appeal, however, Xux-Mucu completed his term of supervised release. Accordingly, we
dismiss the appeal as moot. See United States v. Ketter, 908 F.3d 61, 66 (4th Cir. 2018)
(noting that challenge to sentence becomes moot when entire sentence, including term of
supervised release, has been served). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and
legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument
would not aid the decisional process.
DISMISSED
