REBECCA I. HARP,
Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
FRANK BISIGNANO,
Commissioner of Social Security,
Defendant-Appellee.
Appeal from the United States District
Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
No. 20-C-1743
Lynn Adelman,
Judge.
O R D E R
The Social Security Administration reopened Rebecca Harp’s application for
disability insurance benefits based on evidence that she had concealed income, and,
relying on that evidence, it revoked her benefits. In Harp v. Kijakazi, No. 22-1441, 2022
* This successive appeal has been submitted to the original panel under Operating Procedure 6(b).
We have unanimously agreed to decide the case without argument because the briefs and record
adequately present the facts and legal arguments, and argument would not significantly aid the court.

WL 16849059 (7th Cir. Nov. 10, 2022), we found that substantial evidence supported the
agency’s findings and affirmed. Id. at *1. Harp later moved the district court to set aside
the judgment under Rule 60(d)(3) for fraud on the court, a motion the district court
denied. Harp appeals, but, as the district court rightly notes, Rule 60 relief is limited to
extraordinary situations, and Harp has not met that high bar. See Harp v. O’Malley, No.
20-C-1743, 2024 WL 5166008 (E.D. Wis. Dec. 5, 2024). We have nothing to add to the
district court’s thoughtful decision and adopt its reasoning. The district court did not
abuse its discretion in denying Harp’s motion.
