By order dated February 10, 2015, Acting Chief Circuit Judge Henderson dis-
missed a complaint filed against a Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the
District of Columbia Circuit. 	On March 9, 2015, the complainant filed with the Judicial
Council a petition for review of the order of dismissal. 	Upon consideration thereof, it is
ORDERED, by the Judicial Council, that the Acting Chief Circuit Judge's
disposition is affirmed and the petition for review is denied pursuant to Rule 19(b)(1) of
the Rules for Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings.
