BRIEFING ORDER
This matter is before the Court on the Motion of the American Civil Liberties Union, the
American Civil Liberties Union of the Nation's Capital, and the Media Freedom and Information
Access Clinic ("Movants") for the Release of Court Records, which was submitted on November
7, 2013. Any response by the United States Department of Justice ("DOJ") to the motion shall
be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 6, 2013. Any reply by the Movants to DOJ's
Response shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 20, 2013.
