FILED 9/11/2026 DOCUMENT NO. 06283-2026 FPSC - COMMISSION CLERK BEFORE THE FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION In re: Application for rate increase by Florida DOCKET NO. 20260026-GU City Gas. ORDER NO. PSC-2026-0324-PCO-GU _ ISSUED: September 11, 2026 ORDER GRANTING MOTION OF FLORIDA CITY GAS FOR LEAVE TO FILE ERRATA AND SUPPLEMENTAL DIRECT TESTIMONY OF WILLIAM HAFFECKE On April 20, 2026, Florida City Gas (FCG) filed its testimony and minimum filing requirements based on a projected test year ending December 31, 2027, seeking approval to increase rates and charges. Discovery guidelines, hearing procedures, and controlling dates were established by the Order Establishing Procedure (OEP). 1The OEP established that the utility’s direct testimony was due to be filed on April 20, 2026, with rebuttal testimony due on August 13, 2026. This docket is currently scheduled for hearing for September 28 through October 2, 2026. On August 31, 2026, FCG filed a motion for leave to file errata and supplemental direct testimony for witness William Haffecke. According to FCG, the company made a change to its software which results in a reduction to the revenue requirement requested by the utility. Neither intervenor objected to the request. No party will be prejudiced by the supplementation of Mr. Haffecke’s testimony and doing so will ensure a more accurate record at final hearing. Therefore, I find that it is reasonable under these circumstances to grant the motion. Therefore, it is ORDERED by Commissioner Mike La Rosa, as Prehearing Officer, that the Motion for Leave to File Errata and Supplemental Direct Testimony is hereby granted. 1Order No. PSC-2026-0153-PCO-GU, issued May 15, 2026, in Docket No. 20260026-GU, In re: Application for rate increase by Florida City Gas.
