JOINT STIPULATION REGARDING CASE
MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE
Pursuant to Civil Local Rules 6-2 and 7-12, Plaintiff and Defendants (the “Parties”) hereby
stipulate and agree that the Initial Case Management Conference, currently set for December 11, 2025,
should be reset for February 5, 2026. The reason for the request is that Defendant’s response is not due
until January 22, 2026, and the Parties respectfully submit that the resources of the Parties and the Court
will be conserved if the Initial Case Management Conference is held after Defendant has responded to
the complaint.
