On the Court’s own motion pursuant to MCR 7.216(A)(7), this case is CONSOLIDATED
with the claim of appeal filed in Docket No. 378549, Dana Baughman v Jason Lyle Cussans.
This case shall be designated as a custody case. Thus, the briefing deadlines applicable to
a custody case shall apply. See MCR 7.212(A)(1)-(2). And this case will be given priority on the session
calendar as a custody appeal. See MCR 7.213(C)(2).
