for review otherwise denied. The court accepts the state’s concession that
defendant’s convictions on Counts 3, 4, and 7 in Washington County case
no. 16CR50442 must be reversed. The court therefore reverses defendant’s
convictions on Counts 3, 4, and 7 in case no. 16CR50442. Decision of Court of
Appeals reversed in part; judgment of circuit court reversed in part, and case
remanded to circuit court for further proceedings.
