to file his brief. In our prior order—granting Appellee’s third motion for extension—we made it
clear that the brief was due no later than October 15, 2026, and that absent extraordinary
circumstances, further requests for extension of time would not be considered.

WE DENY Appellee’s motion. The Court will proceed without Appellee’s brief.
