After this appeal was reinstated, the State’s brief was due November 1, 2026. The State has
now filed a second motion requesting an extension of time to file its brief by December 1, 2026.

We GRANT the motion and ORDER that the State’s brief is now due no later than
December 1, 2026. See Tex. R. App. P. 4.1(a). Further requests for extension of time will be
disfavored.
