The Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (the Panel) previously granted a Motion to Transfer1 in
this matter.
The Panel now designates the Pretrial Court as the 190th Judicial District Court of Harris
County, Texas, and the Panel assigns Judge Beau A. Miller as the Pretrial Judge.
The Panel now lifts the stay to allow the assigned Pretrial Judge to proceed accordingly
