HURRICANE IKE LITIGATION
For the reasons stated in the opinion issued on May 21, 2012 in In re State
Farm Lloyds Hurricane Ike Litigation, No. 12-0156, the Motion to Transfer filed
by GeoVera Specialty Insurance Company on April 16, 2012, is granted. 	All
cases in the appendix to the motion to transfer, and all tag-along cases, with the
exception 	of 	case 	no. 	E-185-065, 	Maria 	Escuadra 	v. 	GeoVera 	Specialty
Insurance 	Company, 	et 	al., 	172nd District 	Court 	of 	Jefferson 	County, 	are
transferred to Honorable Mike Miller, Judge of the 11th District Court of Harris
County. The stay issued April 25, 2012 is lifted.
