PERSONAL RESTRAINT
PETITION
The parties jointly moved the Court for leave to file an amended judgment and
sentence in the trial court, and thereafter for withdrawal of this court’s January 21, 2020
opinion and dismissal of this personal restraint petition.
By a Clerk’s Ruling dated August 24, 2021, this court granted leave to the parties
pursuant to RAP 7.2(e) to proceed in the trial court with the filing of an order dated
August 18, 2021, granting the State’s petition to resentence Oscar Alden and amending
the judgment and sentence. The order was filed in the trial court on August 27, 2021.
THE COURT having considered the parties’ joint motion and the records and
files herein, and having determined that the amended judgment and sentence has been
filed,
IT IS ORDERED that this court’s January 21, 2020 opinion is withdrawn and this
personal restrain petition is dismissed.
