Der Landtag von Niederösterreich hat am 13. Dezember 2018 beschlossen:
Änderung des NÖ Sozialhilfegesetzes 2000 (NÖ SHG)
Das NÖ Sozialhilfegesetz 2000, LGBl. 9200, wird wie folgt geändert:
„Löschung von Grundbuchseintragungen 41“
Einem Antrag auf Löschung einer Grundbuchseintragung ist zuzustimmen, sofern die Eintragung
