Verordnung der Landesregierung vom 3. Dezember 2002, mit der die Sozialhilfeverordnung geändert wird
Aufgrund der §§ 4 bis 7 des Tiroler Sozialhilfegesetzes, LGBl. Nr. 105/1973, zuletzt geändert durch das Gesetz LGBl. Nr. 74/2002, wird verordnet:
Artikel I
Die Sozialhilfeverordnung, LGBl. Nr. 68/1974, zuletzt geändert durch die Verordnung LGBl. Nr. 133/2001, wird wie folgt geändert:
