Verordnungder Landesregierung über eine Änderung derJugendwohlfahrt-Pflegegeldverordnung
Auf Grund des § 12 Abs. 3 des Landes-Jugendwohlfahrtsgesetzes, LGBl. Nr. 46/1991, wird verordnet:
Artikel I
Die Jugendwohlfahrt-Pflegegeldverordnung, LGBl. Nr. 75/2003, wird wie folgt geändert:
Artikel II
Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. Jänner 2005 in Kraft.
