Die Bundesversammlung der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft,
gestützt auf Artikel 19 Absatz 3 des Bundesgesetzes vom 3. Oktober 20031
über den Finanz- und Lastenausgleich (FiLaG),
nach Einsicht in die Botschaft des Bundesrates vom 8. Dezember 20062,
