vom 15. Februar 2000 (Stand am 1. Januar 2023)
Das Eidgenössische Departement für Umwelt, Verkehr, Energie und
Kommunikation (UVEK),
gestützt auf Artikel 4 Absatz 6 der Verordnung vom 12. November 19971
über die Lenkungsabgabe auf flüchtigen organischen Verbindungen (VOCV),
im Einvernehmen mit dem Eidgenössischen Finanzdepartement,2
verordnet:
Der Aufwand für die Unterstützung des Vollzugs der VOCV wird den Kantonen vom Bund jährlich pauschal abgegolten. Zuständig für die Abgeltung ist das Bundesamt für Umwelt3.
Die Auszahlung erfolgt jeweils per Ende Juni.
Diese Verordnung tritt am 1. März 2000 in Kraft.
