zur Änderung der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 3077/78 über die Feststellung der Äquivalenz der Bescheinigungen für aus Drittländern eingeführten Hopfen mit den Gemeinschaftsbescheinigungen
DIE KOMMISSION DER EUROPÄISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN —
gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Europäischen Gemeinschaft,
gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1952/2005 des Rates vom 23. November 2005 über die gemeinsame Marktorganisation für Hopfen und zur Aufhebung der Verordnungen (EWG) Nr. 1696/71, (EWG) Nr. 1037/72, (EWG) Nr. 879/73 und (EWG) Nr. 1981/82 1 , insbesondere auf Artikel 17,
in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:
(1) Die Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 3077/78 der Kommission 2 enthält das Verzeichnis der in Drittländern zuständigen Stellen, welche zur Ausstellung der Bescheinigungen befugt sind, die bei der Einfuhr von Hopfen und Hopfenerzeugnissen aus diesen Ländern beigelegt werden müssen. Solche Bescheinigungen werden als der Bescheinigung gemäß Artikel 4 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1952/2005 gleichwertig anerkannt.
(2) Aufgrund des Beitritts Bulgariens und Rumäniens zur Europäischen Union dürfen die Stellen dieser neuen Mitgliedstaaten nicht länger im Verzeichnis des Anhangs der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 3077/78 erscheinen.
(3) Ferner haben sich die Namen und Anschriften einiger der im Anhang der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 3077/78 verzeichneten Stellen geändert.
(4) Die Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 3077/78 ist daher entsprechend zu ändern.
(5) Die in dieser Verordnung vorgesehenen Maßnahmen entsprechen der Stellungnahme des Verwaltungsausschusses für Hopfen —
HAT FOLGENDE VERORDNUNG ERLASSEN:
Der Anhang der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 3077/78 erhält die Fassung im Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung.
Diese Verordnung tritt am dritten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
