zur Eintragung bestimmter Bezeichnungen in das Verzeichnis der geschützten Ursprungsbezeichnungen und der geschützten geografischen Angaben (Salame S. Angelo (g.g.A.), Chouriço Azedo de Vinhais oder Azedo de Vinhais oder Chouriço de Pão de Vinhais (g.g.A.), Presunto do Alentejo oder Paleta do Alentejo (g.U.))
DIE KOMMISSION DER EUROPÄISCHEN GEMEINSCHAFTEN —
gestützt auf den Vertrag zur Gründung der Europäischen Gemeinschaft,
gestützt auf die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 des Rates vom 20. März 2006 zum Schutz von geografischen Angaben und Ursprungsbezeichnungen für Agrarerzeugnisse und Lebensmittel 1 , insbesondere auf Artikel 7 Absatz 4 Unterabsatz 1,
in Erwägung nachstehender Gründe:
(1) Gemäß Artikel 6 Absatz 2 Unterabsatz 1 und in Anwendung von Artikel 17 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 wurden der Antrag Italiens auf Eintragung der Bezeichnung „Salame S. Angelo“ und die Anträge Portugals auf Eintragung der Bezeichnungen „Chouriço Azedo de Vinhais“ oder „Azedo de Vinhais“ oder „Chouriço de Pão de Vinhais“ und „Presunto do Alentejo“ oder „Paleta do Alentejo“ im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union 2 veröffentlicht.
(2) Da bei der Kommission kein Einspruch gemäß Artikel 7 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 510/2006 eingegangen ist, sind diese Bezeichnungen einzutragen —
HAT FOLGENDE VERORDNUNG ERLASSEN:
Die im Anhang dieser Verordnung genannten Bezeichnungen werden eingetragen.
Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
Diese Verordnung ist in allen ihren Teilen verbindlich und gilt unmittelbar in jedem Mitgliedstaat. Brüssel, den 25. September 2008 Für die Kommission Mariann FISCHER BOEL Mitglied der Kommission
