In Item 6(b), Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) must list all holders of 5% or more.

Can you please confirm that consistent with treatment of limited partnerships, we need not disclose the individual limited liability partners, and that we can indicate “not applicable” in response to Item 6(b)?
