COUNTY OFFICIALS PAYMENT OF FEES
                 Act of Jun. 11, 1879, P.L. 133, No. 136              Cl. 16
                                  AN ACT

     Providing for the payment of all fees received by salaried
        county officers into the county treasury of their respective
        counties, where existing laws do not provide for the payment
        of the same into the state treasury.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That all county officers in
     this commonwealth, who are or may be salaried, shall pay all
     fees which they may be entitled to receive by virtue of their
     office into the county treasury of their respective counties,
     where existing laws do not provide for the payment of the same
     into the state treasury.
