SECOND CLASS CITIES, COUNCIL MEETING
                  Act of Mar. 28, 1895, P.L. 29, No. 14               Cl. 11
                                  AN ACT

     Providing for biennial organization of councils in cities of the
        second class.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That the select and common
     councils of cities of the second class shall meet in their
     respective places of assembling on the first Monday of April, at
     ten, ante meridian, following the biennial election of
     councilmen, and organize for a period of two years, and
     biennially thereafter shall organize for a like period.
        Section 2.  All acts or parts of acts of Assembly in conflict
     herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
