REFORM SCHOOLS, NAME CHANGES
                  Act of Mar. 18, 1909, P.L. 44, No. 27               Cl. 23
                                  AN ACT

     To extend the application of all laws relating to houses of
        refuge and reform schools, within this Commonwealth, to every
        such institution now in existence, whenever its name may have
        been duly changed.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That whenever any house of
     refuge or reform school, now incorporated and existing within
     this Commonwealth, shall have duly changed its name in
     accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth, all laws
     applicable to such house of refuge or reform school, within this
     Commonwealth, shall be equally applicable to such institution,
     by whatever name it shall thereafter be known.
