SECOND CLASS CITIES, SALARIES OF HEADS OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS
                  Act of May 28, 1913, P.L. 367, No. 251              Cl. 11
                                  AN ACT

     Authorizing the council of cities of the second class to fix the
        salary of the heads of departments of said cities, and
        providing the maximum amount thereof.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That the salaries of the
     director or head of each department of cities of the second
     class of this Commonwealth shall be fixed by the council of said
     cities.
