RELATING TO FIRST CLASS CITY PENSION PROGRAMS
                  Act of Jun. 19, 1969, P.L. 85, No. 30               Cl. 11
                                  AN ACT

     Authorizing cities of the first class to increase the retirement
        allowances or pensions of its retired employes after the
        termination of service of such employes.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  Any city of the first class may, at any time, by
     ordinance, increase the retirement allowances or pensions of its
     retired employes after the termination of the services of such
     employes.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
