JOHN B. MERRILL PARKWAY - DESIGNATION
                  Act of Jun. 25, 2002, P.L. 454, No. 69              Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating a road in Towanda Borough and North Towanda
        Township, Bradford County, as the John B. Merrill Parkway.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

     Section 1.  John B. Merrill Parkway.
        (a)  Designation.--River Street, also known as SR 6006, in
     Towanda Borough, from SR 2027 to Patterson Boulevard in North
     Towanda Township, is hereby designated as the John B. Merrill
     Parkway.
        (b)  Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect
     appropriate signs to indicate the designation made by this act.
     Section 2.  Effective date.
        This act shall take effect immediately.
