AN ACT

Designating the access drive of the State regional correctional facility in Findley Township, Mercer County, as Walters Drive.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Walters Drive.

(a) Designation.--The main access drive connecting to State Route 258 and located on the grounds of the State regional correctional facility in Findley Township, Mercer County, is designated and shall be known as Walters Drive in honor of Gilbert A. Walters, the former superintendent of the facility.

(b) Signs.--The Department of Corrections shall erect appropriate signs to indicate this designation.

Section 2. Effective date.

This act shall take effect immediately.
